How to Register:

Once you submit your application, a confirmation in your internet browser will appear on your screen. You may also email billing@laserchildcare.org to verify receipt of application.

Enrollment & Lottery Info

Due to limited space, enrollment is lottery-based, with priority given to currently enrolled families. We’ll do our best to accommodate as many families as possible—don’t let limited space stop you from registering. We are committed to making LASER a program for all.

  • Lottery Results Announcement Date - We’ll notify all families by Friday, June 13 with placement or waitlist status

  • Accepted families will receive an invoice for a school year deposit and new student registration fee (if applicable).

  • Late Registrations - You may still register after the enrollment lottery window closes on May 30, but your child will not be included in the lottery.

  • Deposit is required to reserve your spot and will be applied to your last month of care.

Room Placement

To best serve the needs of our families, children may be placed in a room with peers from the grade above or below. Our staff are dedicated to building strong communities and helping every child develop friendship-making skills. While we understand your child may have social preferences, they’ll have many opportunities throughout the afternoon to spend time with friends from other rooms. We are unable to accommodate requests for room changes, but we’re excited to support your child in making new friends while maintaining existing ones throughout the school year.
