Hi! My name is Elsa Monterrey and I’m originally from Morgan Hill, California. I went to UC Merced and got my Bachelors in Public Health. I moved to Seattle about 3 years ago and I absolutely love it. I worked for LASER before as a Counselor and I’m so excited to be back! In my spare time, I like watching movies, hanging out with friends, and going to the beach. And yes I do want to build a snowman :)
